“What will you do with your one wild and precious life?” – Mary Oliver

Who is the writer?

My name is Dottie and  I am a lover of life in all its forms and environments. I am an outdoor educator, farmer and writer.  My passions are interwoven within the fields in which I work and pulse through my day to day life as a young woman.  This writing is inspired by the experiences that I have, the people I meet along my journey through life and by the many influential role models I have met along the way.

  1. Hi Dorothea,
Every time a picture of you pops up at the Rec., I get to wonder how you are doing in Scotland. I have finally had a chance to skim through your blog and get a taste of all the great learning and experiences you have been having. I love the John Dewey quote. You are an inspiration.

Will you come and share about your experience with ELP students when you come visit next?
    Have a great holiday.
